By accessing or using Kancha ("the Platform"), operated by Kancha OÜ (Reg. Nr.: 17098440), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Kancha is an on-demand marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Buyers post their needs, and sellers respond with tailored offers. We facilitate these connections but are not a party to the actual transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Comply with all applicable business regulations

6. Payments and Fees

Transactions on the Platform may be subject to fees, which will be clearly disclosed. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in price manipulation or anti-competitive behavior
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kancha OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered by users. Transactions are between buyers and sellers at their own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kancha OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions with other users.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should be resolved directly. Kancha OÜ may provide support but is not obligated to mediate disputes. Any disputes with Kancha OÜ shall be governed by Estonian law.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
